Before we start, these have all already been posted, either by myself or other people; this is simply a collection of various exploits for ease of viewing.
I've read through the Patch Notes of version 2.1 and there is no mention of any of these being fixed
Immitate another player's speech
To immitate another player typing something, for whatever reason you may need it for *shifty eyes*, follow these steps:
1) Type any message that will be said. For example, in Guild chat type: Hello all.
2) Press the space bar continuosly, until none of the previous message can be seen, and a bit further for caution
3) in the guild example type: [Guild] [*The player you are imitating here*]: *Whatever you want them to say*
4) Press enter
5) Have fun watching the turmoil
Flying without flying mount, swimming in the Air
1) Duel a mage, any mage will do.
2) Mount on to your flying mount in OUTLAND, and stand on the ground, so you aren't flying in, front of the mage.
3) When you are ready, have the mage cast Frost Nova, then Polymorph, then Frostbolt and then Cone of Cold in quick succesion.
4) While you are polymorphed, select the mage so you can see his casting bar for frostbolt. Just before the Frostbolt hits you, spam jump until he's finished casting Cone of Cold. After that, you'll be swimming in the air.
5) Once in the air you can shoot, cast and do anything you can normally while swimming. If you head back to the ground, you land and can mount up or drink/eat. To loot the mob you're killing and get credit for the kill, land shortly before it dies and hit it with the killing blow while your WHOLE GROUP is on the ground; if one is in the air it won't be lootable
6) If you mount onto a flying mount the effect is cancelled once you launch, but if you mount onto a ground mount you can 'fly' whilst on it. Also, this effect isn't cancelled if you use a Hearthstone or Gryphon, but it is cancelled if you go into an instance or exit Outland. It is also cancelled if you log out.
Fly Upside-Down on Flying mount, and swim upside-down
1) Log into your character, and open the chat window (Enter)
2) Type in /console pitchlimit 3600
3) Press Enter
4) Using the Movement controls you can now swim and fly upside-down
Rolling Exploit (A bit of common sense here)
When you roll in a group or raid for boss loot, people often pass and reroll later on to prevent ninja's. However, they are allowing people to get it even easier, especially if your group is unfamiliar with WoW, or is just plain stupid.
When you roll, you type /roll and WoW rolls for you between 1 and 100. However, this is not the only available range. Most people assume that is all you can do with rolling, but if you type /roll 90-100 you will only ever get numbers above 90, making it almost impossible to lose, especially if the rest of your group rolled poorly. However, this is not invisible and if you are discovered you may make a few enemies
Exploiting Server lag to fool opponents in PvP
This Exploit causes the server to lag, so your character appears to run forward and then teleports back to where he was when it started lagging, when infact you're not moving at all.
1) Create a Macro like this:
/sit
/stand
/sit
/stand
/sit
etc until you've filled up your character limit, roughly at least.
2) Press and hold W to run forward (or whatever forward is) then begin spamming the macro, as soon as you start spamming the macro let go of W and press and hold S (or whatever backwards is) for as long as you want to run forward for. When you are finished, stop spamming the macro and let go of S.
3) Watch as your PvP opponents look around in confusion as to where you have gone, all fall off a cliff for no reason
All these exploits are confirmed working in 2.0.12, and I have tried out and used them all![]()
