It is not a private server. And yes he did post a pic of a private server before. Do you see me confirming it on that post? No. Why am I confirming this? Because it's not a private server.

Just accept the fact that you didn't go past Kara on live and have never seen someone in T6 with over 200g before the expansion...it's ok...really.

This is NOT a exploit as you have no idea on how to duplicate this bug. Thus, it ultimatley becomes (for now) a bug and it's simple as that.
