sad to see ppl expounding on proof, screenshot, etc... this is not rocket science

go sit in a cave in AV, get the debuff. now get killed by anything, receive damage, die, rez, whatever - even if its 10 of the opposing faction beating on you - NOTHING happens to the debuff. its still there when you die, when you are in GY, when you rez again.

Go as a warlock and hellfire yourself all you want - DOESNT remove debuff.

the ONLY thing that removes it is actively pressing a key that does damage to a pvp target OR heals something engaged in actual pvp (ie not killing wolves)

now why do you need posted proofs when anyone actually playing WOW is 30 sec away from testing this for themselves in AV.

Now, when you decide to accept that the World of Warcraft does not always work exactly how they tell you, I can explain why this may work.

Now there are two possibilities, I will explain them again for you. Dying does not clear the debuff, but it may clear the AFK reports.

The second possibility is that the trinket is causing you to deal damage to yourself, instead of simply removing health. By doing damage to yourself, you are dealing damage to a player, removing the reports.

So before you decide that Blizzard is always right, you should try it yourself.
