As Tbone said, try dying while Auto-Run is on. As soon as you release, your ghost appears while running forward. In most cases, this should trigger the Resurrect Now? button to pop up. Please not I said "most cases". This maybe took about an hour and a half to get it right.

Yeah I tried it out a few more times with auto-run on...Worked a few of the times. It helps anyway...but FFS the button pops up for less then a second, someone mind writing a macro for clicking it? I may try to find one to share, it'd be a bit easier.
