OK so I was messing around on some server and I thought Can I invite ally? o.O So I Mind COntrolled an ally and typed /inv, and what dya know, it worked I did a few raids with ally and horde, so try it

... we need proof ffs on most private servers u cna ivnite the opposite faction

It doesn't work on live servers at all. I've tried this on Frostmourne PVP with a mate from an opposing faction and it doesn't work.

Not only didn't it work but I also got ganked and camped.

Sure! Blizzard implanted cross-faction invitation possibilities as an easter-egg?
Don't think so. even if it did work (and apparently it only works on a small selection of private servers) Blizzard would hot fix right after they found the bug.
