You can be at Quel'danas before level 70.
I visited the place at level 68.
The portal has a level requirement, however, the flightpath does not.

Couldn't you please link me atleast one lvl 70 wep that dosn't have a lvl 70 req? The only ones I can find, is Quest items :S

Instances still have level requirements, for example, you need to be level 20 to enter Scarlet Monastery. Nothing in the Isle gives SSO rep besides quests, which you need to be level 70 to get, and I believe the level to enter Magister's is 65.

Confirmed, working. Very nice exploit, tried to summon my friends 19 twink rogue into Karazhan and it worked, he got reputation for the Violet Signet. :]

Alexander, go to thottbot.com and do the search for weapons. Put in "epic" under weapon class and under source choose "vendor" and you should get some stuff

1st: pls give us a link of items from vendors that dont have a level requirement
all i see is Inuuro's Blade - Thottbot: World of Warcraft and that would take a long time to get....
