by using the free leveling system of the RAF option you now know that you can give free levels to a certain character depending on how much you level on the linked account.

Exploit- queue for warsong on a character that you are waiting to get free levels on. during the queue give him the levels that you have gotten, i did it with 30 levels so he became level 40 since he was 10 to get the queue. then the queue will pop and you will be level 40 in a 19 bracket WSG.

Believe it or not, this is working as intended. Just a clever use of the game mechanics. It's always been the case that if you were, say, level 39 and nearly dinged you could queue for the BG and then be in as a level 40. This is just the next level of that.
