[Shaman][Useless] Capture Mine in av for other faction

When capturing the Cold tooth mine or the Irondeep mine have your fire elemental get the killing blow on the npc needed to cap the mine. This makes the mine go over to your opposing faction.

Not really an exploit, and not very useful. But hey, sharing is caring.
