Well considering its BETA, and its already found this is 100% worthless now the Reckoning Bomb from Pre BC was the monster 1shot Kazzak.

Technically this isn't a bug; both the talent and the set bonus are doing exactly what they are supposed to do. They're just being combined in an unanticipated way. Finding things like this is one of the reasons there is a BEta.

Since 178million DPS is probably more than they intend warlocks to put out expect to see a change to either the talent or (more likely) the set bonus.
