Just thought I'd add that you can also fish from the bottom deck of the boat's discovered this while leveling up my lockpicking, pointless I know but thought id add it here anyway.

Yes this does work. And it has worked since the game released. With the exception of when they had the teleport boat master. It is a glitch that has been reported time and time again. I really don't think Blizzard is going to fix this and they haven't Banned anyone I know for doing it.

It really is a repost, it just hasn't been posted for awhile, most likely got deleted when we were have server problems a few months ago
