Still working as of Thursday (7th Aug) on US servers, just confirmed 5 mins ago.

For those that can't get it to work, or think this isn't an exploit, follow these steps exactly:

(1) Create a 'friend' account, link it to yours using the OP's link in the first post. This MUST be a fresh account created using the key Blizzard sends your "friend".
(2) Log in your character you want to level. Grab a bunch of quests, finish them all but don't turn in
(3) Log in your friend account in another instance of WoW, create a L1 character and log it in
(4) Create a party with your new L1, right click on their portrait and summon to you
(5) Turn in quests, get 3x exp bonus

Repeat steps 2-5. Levelling 3x faster than normal for 10 days.. awesome find!

This is an exploit because only the lower level character is supposed to get the bonus.

Hmm, I think when the trial gets level 20 the exp boost wont be given anymore, tried with doing alt on my own acc, guy on trial acc, then boosted them to 20. Then with the trial I ran to SM and popped out my 33 druid but it didnt give any exp bonus. Such a shame, but oh well, 1-20 was ùber fast to do (:
