They can probably check, but honestly, they don't look over accounts randomly. You have to give them a cause to look at your account, and the LAST thing they'll care about is what quests you did when they're supposed to be looking at your account for a scam or something.

Can anyone explain better?
When should i do this when i accept a quest or when i complete a quest?
And will this only Work for quests inside instances?!?!?!

I went crazy in outland trying to do this with normal quests and nothing happened, it did not work, atleast i dont know if it worked, the quest dident stack up, trust me i tried more than 20 times easily

only error i can see about this is that you lose the drop when you deliver quest and take reward. Like in stranglethorn vale, where you need 10 ears for a quest and 15 for another. 1 Ear count as 1 on each but you lose 10 if you deliver a quest.

So you will most likely end up with 10 quests saying "GIMME MY FANNY PACKS MR.GNOME!"

well it will work with Qs where you have to kill mobs, and not obtain items from em. Same with bosses.
