And Blizzard doesn't do IP bans as far as I know.
But you should use fake info on the trial account, and if Blizzard starts to whine, just say that someone from your family is doing that, and you tried to stop him.

ive been IP banned by blizz for botting before. lost 3 botting accounts and my main legit account that isint even played on the same comp as the others.lost em all at once. and ive only had banstwo different times. both were glider banwaves.

Blizzard CAN do IP bans, and most likely will in situations like that i guess.

Yes, but this is completely different than botting with 3 accounts on the same IP...first off this is a trial account, and like I said before, they will not IP ban you, they will give that trial account a 48* hour ban (this was tested by me, and what's it matter? That account is now useless, make another and get right back to work) and I managed to collect around 45 badges before getting banned (roughly 1.5-2hours) So you won't get an IP ban, and once you get that trial acc banned, make another
