! prevents the ability from toggling off.
If you click the ability you come out of it. Learn basic macro code before insulting someone.

I don't know about the unlimited range though. While standing in Aldor Rise I couldn't Eagle Eye to Nagrand Arena. It would show a green circle but break as soon as the spell cast. I like this trick. It would be incredibly useful for finding a mob in a crowded village.

this is not an exploit at all! In fact this is nothing except using a macro to cast an ability, which makes no sense when you can just move the spell from your spellbook to you actionbar.

the ! does nothing just tried this in game you can just click the normal spell on you actionbar and yes it recasts the spell but it casts from where you are looking at from your first far sight.

And you can't look at the other team from beginning of WSG because the starting area is indoors this ability is only usable outdoors.

To add to all of this the ability has "UNLIMITED RANGE" which means if you can physically see where you are clicking it will go there, BUT!!!! you can only use the ability 5 TIMES, THEN IT ENDS.

you guys are seriously retarded if you think this is an exploit.

I usually don't post in stuff like this but since I have a shaman and this been working pre-bc and I used to do it a lot without any macros and eventually stops once u go too far with it. If u can go even further with macro then I guess this could be an exploit..I'm going to check it right now and see if it works.

I tried to Edit my post but didn't work. The macro does the same thing as with no macro so this is NOT AN EXPLOIT and no need for that macro to use it more than one time.

Not really an exploit. It is working as intended. Am I the only one to actually pay attention that the range on the spell is 50 000 yards. And in game terms that means "Anywhere"...

Actually this macro makes it so you can chain cast the spell and look further and futher. This thread is basically a spin off of this pvp video where the hunter explains macros. Ernest PvP By Ernest

With the last patch, you don't even need the macro...

ive played a shaman... and you could ALWAYS.. from game release... chain cast far sight. this is the ability working as intended, not an exploit. dont need macro, just click the goddam icon, click the green circle, when you are in the new spot click ability again and you can go further and further. same as mindvision.

pre-tbc and the new honor system, we used it to check out the opposition starting area in AB, and afk out if they looked geared.
