so if a rogue or druid stealth by mobs in an instance they exploit ??
this is not an exploit but working as intended.

If blizz doesnt want you to stealth by portions of an instance they add mobs who can spot stealth/invisibility.

Actually, Blizzard has handed out bans for druids/rogues solo-farming even-level instances in some rare cases where they notice and I believe GMs have indicated that this is an unintended use of stealth that will be nerfed... but using it until the nerf can be considered an exploit.
