No, they are not critters, because if they were, we wouldn't be able to pull them because #1, we would 1 hit them, and #2, if you were lvl 1, when you attack them they just run away.

A great example of a NON AGGRO, or a yellow mob is a boar. MOST of them, (such as the ones in Westfall, and outside Ogrimmar, do not attack you when you get near them, but are just as tough as regular monsters.
