doesn't work if you do it too quick. Warrior charge works from all altitudes, though Shadowstep only works if you are very close to the ground, atleast in my experience.

I bounced offa my epic flying (that I got by farming Motes of Air with engineering thingies, My eternal gratitude to Xurex or something who tipped me on that) and dismounted over a mob.

fell down, down, down down... Spammed the living hell out of shadowstep, but as I popped up behind the mob, it seemed I was still in the same "fall" as before, so I splatted just behind my mob. Almost as Shadowstepping into a Whirlwind'ing warr = /

ok, so you cant spam shadowstep, that doesnt work, instead you have to time it really well

and to the guy who asked why you would wanna dismount, it has quite a few pvp applications, you could drop down on the guy and scare the crap out of him, kinda like a cheap rogue knockoff version of rawrbombing

what shadowstep does is moves you behind your opponent, im pretty sure that the spell description doesnt say "mitigates fall damage"
