Get on top of AV nodes

There are a number of posts regarding the AV nodes and how to get inside of them, however I've never seen a method to get on top of them.

I figured this out today while farming honor on my alt pally and figured it was worthy enough to share here.

I checked all those shitty "AV EXPLOITZ" videos on Youtube and those posted here and saw no mention of getting on top of the flags.

Unless they fixed it, mages can also blink into them at any time (whether captured or not). Hard to judge the distance so that you blink and land inside though.
