[True Exploit] 70-300% Speed for ever

first of all.
YES I KNOW THIS IS A REPOST.
i dont ask for rep or anything.
im just bored. ( Server being down and me = full of sugar )
And the people who posted/reposted this was so awefully bad at explain how it realy goes, what to do and what not to do.

so.
What we need is a rogue who has shadowstep ( optionaly rocket boots for 300% ).
We need a priest, the best is a lvl 70 priest for as least resist as possible.
( try to get a priest that has patience )
We need a ui of some sort that tell us the duration of the spell being cast.
We need some practice.
We need luck.

Okay start off.
Make sure to tell the priest theese things so that this doesnt go wrong.
it will be sad to wait 5 minutes just bcus the priest screwed up ( i know what im talking about :yuck: )

tell him this-
"Mindcontrole me.
Dont move me when im mindcontroled.
Dont cast any spells before your mindcontrole as i may trigger on reflex.
Please remove any spell haste gear.
All in all. Once you MC'ed me just keep your hand off the keyboard "

What you need to know is:
Your speed "buff" ( u cant see it as a actual buff ) will fade if:
You mount
you sprint ( rocket boot or any other speed boosting thing )
shadowstep
stealth/Vanish
If you get feared ( maybe stunned )
If you get slowed.
If you log out.
If you enter a zone where you get a loading screen ( Hs/bgs/etc. )
Possibly if you change gear.

My advice to not loose the effect is to simply remove ur mount/stealth/shadowstep bindings so u dont accidently press on reflex ( ow yir that have happend quiet a few times to me )

What else you need to know is.
Dont do much when you are gonna shadowstep.
A jump or anything like it can possibly change the outcome.

This is technicly ban abel but i doubt it if u just keep low profile and pretend you didnt know this would happend.
i usualy run through org like crazy spamming "WOOT" and get dousins of whispers and i just anwser
"My rocket boots bugged when i dueled my friend!" and ppl usualy stay low after that reply.

The duel.
You tell the priest to mindcontrole you.
( make sure it is not on diminishing returns as it can change the outcome )
Optional : When the mindcontrole timer hits 2.0 seconds you use rocket boots.
Needed : when the mindcontrole timer hits 0.0 seconds you click shadowstep.
( and hope the priest dont move you around x.x )

Theory : Mind numbing poison may make it easier to time your moves but i havent tested yet.

Now a way to check if this is going good before u get the actual speed buff is:
When you are mindcontroled you see the shadowstep buff + the MC buff tick down. if they tick in rythm ( or very close ) you propably get the buff if not then ur unlucky or something got screwed.

I also suggest testing this with shadowstep only a few times before you test it with rocket boots.

Now here is a little something for all of you who want it confirmed. this video doesnt show me getting the "buff" as i was a newb not to fraps it and i am sorry but here you go

You're no literary genius either, makes me think you just copied it.

Let me attempt to explain in a straightforward manner what he was trying to express:

1. Get a rogue with the shadowstep ability, or any class who has rocket boots to use.

2. Get a priest who has Mind Control, level 70 was recommended so you would resist his attempts to control you less frequently.

3. Get something to display exact numbers for other player's cast bars, or just have really nice timing.

4. Duel your priest friend and have him start casting Mind Control on you.

5. If using rocket boots, wait until the cast timer gets to 2; activate them when the reading is exactly 2 for the priest's Mind Control cast on you.

5 1/2. If using shadowstep, wait until the cast time hits exactly 0 for the priest's Mind Control attempt on you; use shadowstep exactly when the timer reads 0.

If the priest doesn't move you around, you keep the shadowstep's speed buff or something. This is the first time I've heard of it, just wanted to clarify what he was saying.

seriusly, you cant even try to help people any more by putting what i think is a good thread together just so they can enjoy this exploit without getting acused of copying. And this is based off the experience i have gotten doing this exploit. And none of the threads i have seen have warned you against almost any of the things i mentioned.
