Would be interesting if someone could test this but also have the friend delete the arena team with your highest rating if you're the team captain.

Then you could petition for your team back and you'd start the next season with the old rating? So if you had like a 2100 team, insta 2100 rating for the next season?

DO NOT under any circumstances try this. it is a waste and blizzard will not be able to recover your team and even if they wanted to it is not in thier power to do so. Due to the commonly known bug where team ratings get all mixed up when u join a new team i accidently left a 2231 rated 3v3 in s2 on monday night before server reset as i was trying to leave my 5s, i spoke with 3 different gm's was polite and had people to vouch for me and am very well known on my server, they explained to me that it is not possible once u leave or delete a team for it to be restored even though they admitted it was thier fault for the bug. they just never emplimented a precautionary reset for a situation like this. they apologised genuinely and asked me to please call thier hotline and gave me an extention where i could make suggestions on the matter. just speaking from expierence guys not trying to be a buzkill, hope this helps!!!

Didn't read wether or not somone said this on the second page, but you have limited retores per account, and the idea of saying you deleted your own guy does work, I did it pre BC b/c I got fed up with my paladin, then waited like 2 months and got it restored, only had 3 items though but enchants were active. Also, try to remeber all your items because they ask you alot of stuf about it, make what you're saying really belivable about why you did'nt like it, then they'll say its going to an expert blablah and say you only have a set amount as I have.
