Double items

Ok so a while ago I decide to recall my warrior I sold a while back, turns out he must have just stripped him down or something, so anyways I make a ticket to get all my items back lost in the last 2 months, and I give him the names of items I remember having from checking screen shots, so I sent it in, and about 20 minutes later I got a response, so after that I didn't know how it 'worked' so to speak, apparently I had to wait about 5 days, so I just ended closing the ticket, but later that night I really wanted to do some pve or something, so I opened up another ticket, and I got a different gm (I'm assuming, this one was a mechanical squirrel, first one was a murloc) so after a few days, I logged in to find I had been given double of my items, and I had received 2 emails for the items, even though for each request they were different, first gm ticket was only for a few items I specified, second was for any items that I lost, I vendored most of the ones I didn't need then decided to screenshot and post on here, I seen a thread similer to this, but I didn't see any proof, so sorry if it's a bad repost
Ps; this all happened about 2 months ago, and just found these screen shots on a cd I burned off of all my wow stuff.

May have the same icon, could be different items, if you sent tickets wanting all your items back, why are you posting screenshots with only two duplicate items?

This could lead to something... vendor a bunch of rare twink items that cost a bunch and some random items. then tell the first Gm the good items you vendored, second Gm tell him to restore all. I got a Pendulum of Doom, Shadowfang, Silvershell leggings and so on. Would be niiiice to get multiples.

Give the armory link IMO so we can atleast see the trinkets. Even then, it doesn't really prove that you got 2 GM's to grant you stuff. I've somehow glitched a quest in terokkar before and was able to turn it in twice lol for 2 of the same ring.
