    Netherweb Victim trick.

    Hello there :-)

In Terokkar Forest, you might stumble over a quest named 'Taken in the Night'. You have to free some Sha'tar Warriors from Netherweb Ridge.
Sometimes, a ordinary mob will spawn from destroying the 'netherweb victims', and it will run to you.

Altho, if you shoot this writhing sac, the mob will spawn, but not run to you.

This might be useful for melee classes.

    Re: Netherweb Victim trick.

I did that with my hunter. Was probebly much easier than if I were a melee class.

"This might be useful for melee classes."
I think you mean "...ranged classes."...

Nope, i mean it's useful for melee classes, which normally would engage in melee with the spawning mobs. Now, they're just gonna pew pew the web with their gun/bow/xbow/wand, and stay out of combat.

There are some web sack things like these on BloodMyst Isle. My Draenei is a warrior, but I had a crossbow. It's funny to break them open when there's someone nearby.

    Re: Netherweb Victim trick.

I've grinded out some netherweb silk in this area on a PvE Server. Opposing faction was there but not flagged for PvP. The Netherweb Victims come in handy for killing them.

Just wait till they're in a fight near a victim and ranged shot the victim. The mob will spawn and aggro on them. It's way fun.
