    Not fixed, just kited him. He has to have a continuous dot on him for it to work. He will definitely bail if you kite him with no dots. Damage has to be ticking nonstop for it to be effective. Anyways, it can be done ^_^. And yeah, the shoulders are ummm...random stats. Not sure what to say to that comment lol.
