Very nice find. And for those who can't think of the uses, their are plenty. 1. You could be short of breath when doing a quest, such as the one in Desolace where you have to get the shellfish, just an example... 2. Your in a fight with an npc and about to die. I also think if this works in water that it might work while flying. Someone try doing the same thing but while on a flying mount. Please tell me how it goes!

You would have to dismount to buff yourself so it more than likely wont work

Not to mention you can just hold the spacebar anyway to get the same effect >.>

Not exactly 'rocketing' to the surface.. it looks the same speed as swimming up.
