I'm sort of getting mixed replys here.
Someone saying this works, some say it doesn't.
So: could someone please answer me if this works, like to this date?
    In Europe?

yes it does work but it doesnt ALWAYS work. for example for me it has only worked a single time, while others get it to work all the time

    Already Posted

I posted this way back Feb 2007
It worked with all statues with regen.
The thread was called permanent regen...

This was hotfixed way back, unsure if its maybe resurfaced.

BTW it was great you not only regen yourself... but all people in your group. You act like a statue yourself.

Perma Regen steps to make it work

Posted about this trick back in Feb 2007.

    Perma Regen steps:
This is how I was able to get this to work back in Feb 2007. It works with ANY regen statue.

There are a few criteria that need to be met first.
1)*** You can not be at max hp. This can make it hard for low level characters to achieve as they regen to full hp fairly fast.

2)*** The statue must be in the same zone as your Inn you hearth/port to.

3)*** The distance from the statue to the inn must be on the edge of your combat info range. The range where you still recieve hp/gold from other peoples kills. If you are too far away the statue fades. If you are too close the beam will still be hitting you and you dont get the perma buff. (if solo this criteria takes some trial and error to get the distance right)

4a) SOLO- This is tricky you must summon the statue, and click Hearthstone just before the first regen tick. A mod such as Quartz can help you get an idea of the timing you need.

4b) Group- Click the portal just just before first tick of regeneration. Again Quartz helps with getting a feel for timing.

Voila you now have Perma Regen till you either zone or log.

    ALSO
As a BIG BIG bonus, your character acts like a statue to all who are in your group at the time of summoning the statue. A beam will eminate from your body hitting those in range healing them. This is very conspicuous though, so make sure if you do it in an out of the way place.

I have yet to try it so that multiple people in the group have same perma buff. The regen on a 5man perma buffed group would be incredible.

I am surprised this trick still works, it was hotfixed way back in 2007. If it resurfaced that is great!!!
