Unlimited Valentine's Silver Shafted Arrows
At least until the 10 Day duration wears off.

1) Obtain arrows through quest or Adoration Gift
2) Select victim.
3) When the item is used, they will summon the pet, but the arrow is still being prepared for fire. After using the arrow, press Esc to cancel the action. Moving/Jumping will not affect casting.
4) Repeat until your raid/city is filled with annoying Cupids.
