I'm sorry but I wouldn't consider this an exploit since it can only happen in PvE server. how bout PvP servers ? only works if you have Engineer ? you still get attack by guards ? .... i mean come on !!!!

It gives unfair advantage against other players. (You can run almost freely to any spot you want and start to gank.) So it is exploit.

if you attack any npc or a player from the opposite faction you will get flagged
