what are these hidden servers? for testing purposes?

The most of them are test-servers for blizzard only. The others are BG-Servers, Webservers and Realms over the whole world.
But there are some strange servers, those are maybe only for one or a team of developers which are testing some little things, items, etc. step-by-step or something^^.

hmm i got onto an all blizz realm by doing this you could be a free gm and i logged in added 19019 into my inventory and then perma ip ban then i moved in a week

Anyone notice the last server number is 2012? That must mean that the WORLD isn't ending in the year 2012, but the WORLD OF WARCRAFT!!! =O

Aren't the ' EU2A-BG-DE' like realms just the realms that you get sent to when you enter a BG? I might be completely wrong...but if they are, couldn't you ALT-f4 out of a BG and then see if you can login to the BG realm without being in a BG?
