All of these sites are suspiciously similar and they all have one thing in common: They don't work. You have more of a chance of getting these hacks to work with psychic powers than the fodder they pass off as legitimate tools.

For the person who asked about creating high latency, someone on this forum posted Netlimiter. I've been using it for awhile myself, works quite well.
