Guild Bank items without permission

I know saying it doesn't work, but I clicked +rep for him and it said I gave it

He's saying you can't give rep because you have leecher status.

If you want to steal gold from a guild bank, do the following. (This may work for items also, I just have done it with gold) You will have to have enough gold to buy a guild bank tab, and hope that the guild you're stealing from has more than that to take.

1) Make an alt
2) Make a new guild on that alt
3) Buy guild bank tab
4) (not sure if you have to do this) Promote a friend to GM and get him to put you at a rank that can withdraw like 10000g
5) GQuit
6) Join a new guild, and hope they don't change your rank.
7) Steal gold. You'll have the same permissions as you did in the guild you were previously in. If they don't change your rank, that is.

I'm sure you won't get in a guild with alot of money in their GBank on an alt, so you'd prob have to use a higher level toon. Not sure if this still works, it was when I joined the guild I'm currently in. Which was only like...A month ago, or so. *shrug* Probably fixed.
