I just got this to work!

I had quartz running like with the items glitch. I had something simple casting like a heal on myself,and when it got to the red, i spam clicked the item i wanted. I just took a crap load of items and /gquit from a scrub guild on my server! lol. They had some lionseye and star of elune's in there...

I'm also currently using quartz, but i don't think that would cause this glitch/bug/exploit.

Ok. I have figured it out, To use this glitch you have to be able to move items around in your Guild Bank and i think the item withdrawl has to be on unlimited.
Worked for me, so

If you have unlimited withdrawal its not really a glitch now, is it... lol

I just tried, I can move stuff around but every time I try to swap something in my bags for something in the guild bank tab it says "You cannot withdraw that much from the guild bank". So I don't think it really works for anyone who can't already remove items from the bank, and if you can remove items from the bank its not really a glitch...

well, you see, the thing is that i can't withdrawal anything from the bank but i can move items and it is working for me so it would appear to be a glitch to me. If it works for you then your welcome, if not, then i'm sorry =/

just know that in some cases it IS working.
