[Rogue] Hit>Sap

I found this out accidentaly a min ago grinding on my rogue.
I pressed sap, and then right clicked the mob at the same time.
I got one attack off, and THEN the mob got sapped.
I stopped attacking, and the mob was at 86% and was sapped..
Not useful in pve, but in pvp one hit matters pretty much.

i can't say it doesn't work because i haven't tried it yet. but in PvP MOST rogues have Imp. Sap for the extra range. and in most PvP scenarios you are to busy bashing at 1-4 keys to get that right click in at the same time as Sap.

im not flaming this, just saying. anyways nice find. have you tested this even more to make sure you can do it almost every time of just one of those 1 / 100 things?

It was lag i think

I have now tried it a couple of times and it almost always works.
I have 54ms right now, so i don't think it is lag..

if you right click the mob from a distance, then run by and sapping it you would get that 1-2 punchs in i bet

If you had lag, it would maybe be possible to hit like 4 times... could be a real big advantage in pvp

ive had a similar thing happen on my druid cat form, in the sense of i attacked and then pounced...i think it was one of those lag spikes however...

good find too bad i don't have a rogue. I'll try to remember to +Rep you. I always seem to run out of rep so fast. =(

works , tested in several duels , i pressed sap and right after it rightclicked the target , free dmg

hmm... this sounds interresting. I wonder if a macro could be setup to work with this. Possibly something like:

/startattack
/cast sap
/stopattack

I dont see how this could possibly work, but ill try it out.
