they are not really used by gms, but they are only available to accounts which are allowed to summon items (senior gms for example)

I'm on a low pop server, where people laugh at you if you wanna do black temple (even if you're geared), and I linked it with atlas loot. No one's been there with my server, even after 2.4 no one wanted to go (since you don't have to be keyed)

there is another way of linking items like this that involves wowhead.com but i cant remember the details ill see if i can find the post on another forum telling about it

Sheesh, stop flaming already. You can't link items which haven't been unlocked yet. The old, artifact Warglaives are such items. However, with this spell linking trick you can unlock and them.

This is an awesome find. Does only work with items which are involved in the creation of something, so no unlocking of Martin Thunder by linking it's use effect.

However, you can unlock some snow stuff item for the upcoming summer event. +Rep

Thottbot.com make an update to look at a 3d view of creature and items and they give a link to copy and paste in game for a link of item.. so this is really nothing special in my opinion.
