Confirmed to only be working on your faction, it just aint possible to duel the other faction.

Huh? Wouldn't the same work for dueling horde? If I remember correctly, you can duel up horde too, let them attack you and then voila, they got zerged by guards too.

You can't duel opposing factions in contested territory. Needs to be a controlled territory.
