First of all it DOES give 19 rep anytime...
And second of all and the most annoying to see from everyone:
Did the hell someone say that BOTH horde and alliance involved in his trick would get the honor?
It is as simple as this... when the bar gets to blue, the horde gets in and gets it to gray, then again the alliance comes in to get blue... NOT both factions get it... just the one... So it DOES take 10 secs for each honor gain... That's all...
If you want mark me as a retard because I didn't read the guy who said it doesnt work...
