The reason these people were banned for it was because she is a quest giver, and they kept killing her all the time so that the alliance could not do her quests. There is nothing wrong with killing her once or twice in a row, but if you keep killing her so that you are ruining other people's game experience, you could get banned.

in other words, do it really late when no one is on if ur guild is hardcore and will stay up, or just dont do it because 10g a person for making a 30 man guild is not worth it, or keep doing it making a few hundred gold and get banned the choice is yours.
