ZA- 100% Cast speed + 200% speed in bg's? o.O

well me being the pvp freak that i am, going through ZA as per usual, and as u do know there are shamans about 30% through the instance that carry a stealable buff, for us mages. and if your pom pyro spec, means u can cast pyro's in 1 second and move at 200% speed, BUT... its not THAT much fun in ZA...
could be alot more fun in say... wsg? AB? Well ill tell you how. unfortunatly it does involve atleast 10 people, so if u have a guild willing to help, would be awesome.
first of all, you need someone outside of the raid, (9 man raid if wsg, 10 man if AB) and at the war masters.
you need to COORDINATE effectively to get the maximum time, the raid member who has leader, ques you all for AB- now here is where it happends, your que is NOT to go when the AB window pops up no, cause ull be sititng in startup for the duration of the buff (lasts 52 seconds) and therefor useless, you'll want to start pulling at around 10-20 seconds left on the AB window close, dpending on how fast the shammys pop this buff. spell steal it, enter AB, dont mount and run to Farm, fire pyros.
ill be doing this again and recording it shortly.

Could be GREAT fun, though kinda a waste of time, since I dont know how fast you do that far in ZA, but, making that far, so 1 person can have fun in a BG, in about 30 sec?
Erh. Atleast you need a standin so you can continue the ZA run >.<

You could solo this with a mage, absorb armor, spellsteal and make sure you already have a queue popped up.

You can't enter while you are in combat. Atleast that's how it is with arena queue. Not 100% sure with BGs.

How long is the duration of the buff?

Few corrections; The buff is called Haste (Haste - Spells - World of Warcraft), it's casted by the Amani Flame Casters, not shamans, and it only lasts 30 seconds not 54.

it is indeed a really nice spell to steal - but would it be worth quiting a ZA raid + having 19 people to coordinate just for you being able to join ?
And that considering that it only lasts a couple of secs
