1. It looks like you don't even know how to quote
2. This happens in ANY underground water, regardless of whether you're mounted or not (this can happen to you if you jump down a certain hole under SW, for example). You have a high chance of falling through the earth, and you stop "flying" once you get out of the water. I think this is rather useless, and well known.
3. I like numbered lists.

This is only where water is though, so its kinda pointless =/ And you're underground, not over it, so you cant shoot people through the ground

Btw, you can shoot poeple from underneath, i dont see how you could use this anywhere really nice, except maybe like water elementals?
but it does work, i tried it on a strider in zangarmarsh
