As mentioned earlier you can also Ice Block next to a portal, but unless you have a group you can't accomplish much fun with that. So you could try getting queued to a bg before you go to Kazzak, wait for the "Enter" dialogue to come up and then pull.
Once teleported you can jump into the bg.
Now you can choose between blowing up in the bg or leave the bg and blow up the battlemaster area.

Another thing I did was getting into a group and blow them up when they summoned me at the meeting stone 6):

Gonna play some more with this tomorrow when Kazzak (hopefully) respawn, I'll try to get some footage if that's the case.
