I. Server History

Buckit WoW is a server from the old times of pre-bc. Buckit WoW was established in 2004 By Jamie, and He ran the server with me, Mello/Lost. The server started out as a simplistic Pre-BC blizzlike server. Due to MaNGOS's lack of customization back then we quickly made a change to Antrix, and thus begins the Ultimate Server.

Around early 2005, late 2004 We switched to Antrix core, and I personally was quite good with the engine. We made two realms

-Buckit WoW GM Server
-Buckit WoW Ultimate Funserver

The GM server had approximately 2,000 people on per day. And the funserver; I don't remember but it was somewhat more. We hired many people who I will talk about in our staff section here, these people are the key to the servers success.

Buckit WoW, was known for it's employees and the ability to bring people in and keep them there for long periods of time. We eventually made it in to wrath of the lich king in 2008, and there we had a problem. None of us knew anything of ArcEmu and how to use it.. even though not knowing I did. The server eventually crashed in early 2009. And due to requests and emails *Daily* I have decided to remake the server and make it the best it can possibly be!
