Custom Content
Bounty Hunter System - Fully Scripted by me with some editing done by SickBoy
PvP System - Custom system that adds to the thrill of PvP - if you kill somone without a bounty on their head you become hunted and a reward for 100 gold is placed for your death.
Player Housing - Yes players can purchase houses and have keys that go with them as well and can purchase vendors, teleporters etc.
Custom Launcher - SoS with the help of my freinds at ArcEmu has created a custom launcher that can be used to access Serenade of Sorrow and keep updated with the most recent news. You can download it here: Serenade Launcher

Player Tools - Galore
Offline Teleporter - If you get stuck and no GM's are on to help ya simply use this tool to port ya out.
Bestiary - gain the ability to look up all the custom mobs on SoS and check their stats.
Item Lookup - Lookup any custom item on the Retribution Realm and check its stats.
Online Map - Easily check where players are located on the server and use it to your advantage to track them.
--Completely Custom--
Exotic Goods - This is a compeltly custom made store that allow players to buy exotic Legenday Items they can equip their player's with. The store uses ingame gold not real money and you can but legendary items that are not available anywhere on the server.
Bountytracker - This is a SickBoy, of WoW-V, creation that works in sync with SoS's bounty hunter system. You can use it to place bounties on players, or check who has a bounty. It is updated in real time. So the moment someone submits a bounty it can become trackable and collectible on the server.

Custom Instances
Scarlet Monastery - A fully customized Scarlet monastery as with custom loot scripted by me.
Violet Hold - take on waves of enemies and fight the final boss at a chance to a Legendary Sword.
Much much more

Leveling Roads
World Leveling Road - in the 1k needles area for quick and easy leveling.
Instanced Leveling Road - for those that do not want the focus of many players in one area there is an entire instance that is a solo level road except for bosses with a built in town within the instance
Uldis and the Titans - When you hit level 90 you can go on an epic quest chain that will allow you access to Uldis and the Titans to receive quest to encounter certain world bosses as well as a new Unknown Evil that is trying to make its way into Azeroth.

Multiple Realms
Serenade of Sorrow is now the server name with two realms:
1. Retirbution - Custom Content level 90 Realm
2. Damnation - Coming up this weekend or in a few minutes and entire realm dedicated to total PvP annihilation - This realm is subject to delay based on player base of the server as a whole
