WoWGamers 2.4.x[30mb connection (EU)] 100 player cap

This is a newly started server with friendly GM's. We're also currently building custom cities and we're going to add PvP events
and other events when we get some people into the server. We're also looking for new and mature Gm's that know's how to handle the commands properly

We're putting a 100 player cap on the server, that will prevent us to get lagg etc.
