How to remove messages when logging into the game? MOTD in Azerothcore/wtlk

Hello!
I entered the game, I deleted the "Welcome......" message in motd.sql
And how to change or delete this inscription? "This server run an AzerothCore......... ". I can't find this inscription in the database and worldserver.conf

AzerothCore is not the most mature project. They try to disallow changing messages like this, see: [BUG] Motd . Issue #1989 . azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk . GitHub

Without looking in the code, my guess is that it would be in a strings table in the world database.
