Unban on warmane?

Is it even possible to get an unban from warmane? I'm playing WotLK (Icecrown realm) and i've sent a request,but they are not answering.It's been days.I really need your help.If anyone knows please contact me.
I got banned for 'Bot' but i haven't done that sort of stuff.Thank you in advance!

This isn't really the right forum to post about this.

There's no way to pass an account ban short of hacking into their database. If you want to appeal a ban you need to contact the moderators/administrators of the server you are ban from. If they are or are not responding then there is still nothing we can do to help.
