    Talk to Vender WPE?

    Found a "GM Vender"

    cant talk to him due to "This merchant doesnt like you"


    any way to force open a vender with WPE? im pretty sure ive seen a wpe before to talk to non faction vendors and such. Seems like it would be simple.
