Sorry for the late reply and hopefully you've already found a solution by yourself by now. Otherwise somebody else could get use of this.

Anyways, I thought you'd want to check out this.
(Note: This is not a repack, it is the link to getmangos so you can compile the core on your own and therefore get a fresh server, which also contains the latest fixes)

This is a very good thing to start off with, as it will teach you much more about emulation than a regular repack is.
