Can't launch

I read the instruction for King's legion datamine and I made the WowBrowserProxy_Patched, but when I click on it nothing happens. Is this happening for anyone else, am I just doing it wrong?

Taken directly from the readme:
"Drag 'n Drop your WowB.exe (or WowB-64.exe) over the Connection Patcher.exe & press Enter"

It really depends on your download speed and the amount of seeders. That client is complete though so you should download it if you want to play.

Try running it as admin. You're getting that error because the client can't access certain files. (Thank Conf not me)

No, it gave the same error. Do I have to run it with a certain app. If not has anyone else got this error? Do I need memory to launch?

Did you run the exe before patching it? It causes this to popup. Choose english and hit ok and it will download some files. After that, repatch the exe and try running it.
