3.3.5 Custom NPC Model's Skin Won't Show

so I'm trying to make a custom NPC using a custom model (down-ported Worgen male) and I can't seem to get a texture on it. I think it's a problem with the geosets but I can't be sure how to fix it. I have worgen as a playable race, replacing fel orc, and all of the geosets work flawlessly. My question is why aren't the npcs working, what do to fix them? Picture attached is the issue.
