Creating a server with custom content

So I wanted to work on a World of Warcraft private server.

Therefore, I would like to add my own stuff, so it looks like my own game, not Blizzard's.

Basically I would like some help on adding new races, updating models, creating new weapons and NPCs. Also, even if it is WotLK I would still like to have MoP and WoD content, so models, maps and npcs.

I would also like to add in custom models, like new mounts not in-game, armor sets, weapons and buildings.


If anyone is willing to help it would be really amazing. I am looking to create an amazing private server
