Question: Arcemu Server GM Commands

Is there anything for a 3.3.5 Arcemu Server that can make me,or if not me at least maybe an npc, sing Lament of the Highborne,the song sung by sylvanas ingame after you turn in The Lady's Necklace - Item - World of Warcraft?Idc if its a lua script,a gm command,or any kind of file, or anything in the world whatsoever.I just need a way to do it. Thanks

Well,yes I know that this is how I play the song's sound.But, what I need is the song's visual.So, I need to know how to learn and use the spell that Sylvanas uses (most likely an uncategorized spell) to play the visual (The aura on her,the animation,and if possible banshees as well,and the little blue and white rays that move across the room) of the song.Is there a way for me to use that spell on an Arcemu 3.3.5 Private Server (as a gm)?
